About D'vash BBG
D'vash BBG is chapter in BBYO located in Pacific Western Region (PWR). PWR is located in Southern California and D'vash is one of the 17 chapters in the region. D'vash specifically is located in the northern valley of Los Angeles and girls from all over that area are able to join. The chapter was founded on May 26, 1959 and has been going strong ever since, being on our 123rd board as of 2020.
The requirement to join D'vash BBG is you have to be a Jewish girl in 7th through 12th grade living in Los Angeles. Being in a chapter in BBYO gives Jewish teens all over the world the opportunity to practice leadership skills as well as join the powerful sisterhood and brotherhood bonds with their fellow BBGs and AZAs.

Q: Where is the chapter located:
A: D'vash BBG's pre-covid location is in the North Valley of Los Angeles and our weekly meetings are held at Temple Ramat Zion. Due to the pandemic, meetings have switched into a virtual setting. This goes for events as well!

A: You can join D'vash if you are a girl and a Jewish teen in 7th through 12th grade.

A: We have a brother chapter called Zion AZA which is located in the same part of the valley.

Q: How much does it cost to join?
A: $149 for all 4-5 years.
Q: What if I want to join but I don't live in the are?
A: There are many more chapters spread out along SoCal so you can contact one of them.

Q: How to I become part of the board?
A: Every 6 months, members run for the positions and a new board is elected.

Q: How many people are in the chapter?
A: About 30 but we are looking to grow!
